Cinnamon Sugar Cookie

ingredients

  • 2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin
  • 1 part Lemon Juice
  • 1 splash gingerbread syrup
  • 1 dash Regans® Orange Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with slices of fresh ginger.
