Ingredients

2 parts
Sipsmith® London Dry Gin
1 part
Honey Syrup
1 part
Lemon Juice
Garnish:
Lemon Twist

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 

*To make the honey syrup, combine 3 parts honey and 1 part hot water. Stir until honey is completely dissolved. Let it cool before using.  ​
