Honey Syrup

Mezcal
3/4 part
Vermouth, Sweet
Orange Twist
Instructions
Add ingredients to a mixing glass, stir and strain over fresh ice into a whiskey tumbler glass (large cubes preferred) and garnish with orange twist.
