Batter
Hot Water
For the Batter:
1 lb.
Brown Sugar
1/2 lb.
Salted Butter
1 tsp.
Vanilla Extract
2 tsp.
Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp. ground
Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground
Allspice
Pinch of ground
Cloves
Instructions
Batter Directions:
Mix the brown sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and a pinch of ground cloves in a large bowl.
Drink Directions:
Fill coffee mug ¾ full with hot water. Stir in batter until dissolved. Add rum and serve with cinnamon.
