Maker's Mark® and Kumquat Marmalade

In a shaker, place enough ice to half-fill a rocks glass, followed by 2 parts of Maker’s Mark® Bourbon and splashes of fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously (until ice is crushed).
