- 1 cube Sugar
- Orange Zest
- 3 dashes Bitters
- 2 parts Courvoisier® VSOP Exclusif Cognac
Soak the sugar in the bitters and add to a rocks glass with the orange zest. Add the Courvoisier® Cognac and a cube of ice. Stir slowly until the ice is almost melted, then add another touch of Courvoisier® Cognac and ice cube repeating the process until the sugar is fully dissolved and all ingredients are well mixed. Fill the glass with fresh ice and serve.
