- 1 1/2 parts Auchentoshan American Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1/2 part Amaretto
- 1/4 part Amaro Nonino
- 1/4 part Black Walnut Liqueur
- 3/4 part Lemon Juice
- Pear Cider, Dry
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with cider and garnish with a dried apricot (optional).
