  • 1 1/2 parts Auchentoshan American Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 1/2 part Aperol® Aperitif
  • 1/4 part Grapefruit Juice
  • 6 dashes Lemon Bitters
  • 2 1/2 parts IPA Beer
  • Lemon Wheel

Instructions

Stir all ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
